ABOUT US

As a team we are called The StoryTellers and as the name suggests we are a group of professionals searching for stories and narrating them with images and videos. Most of the team has 10 years or more working experience in the industry and done weddings across the globe.

Our Team

The StoryTellers

Prerna Sodhi- Co-Founder

Stories can be found anywhere and can be told with anything – a pen, brush, camera, music – you name it and everything has a story or the potential to tell a story. But what happens when you combine all these things together? Six years as a journalist and a decade as a photographer – I bring diversity, depth and narratives to my subjects and their photographs. For me each photograph has to tell a story. To me a photograph is unpolluted and cathartic. It is a sneak-peek into someone’s life, mind and heart. It is a point where the most humane, unguarded moments of people come to fore – and that bareness in us is beautiful.  And this is the reason for me every wedding is as good as my own wedding and each photograph holds immense value.

It was with this vision Rishabh (the co-founder and video lead) and me started The StoryTellers. We are the bridge between you and technology. We are the mind behind  carefully curated wedding stories. This isn’t a job for us. It is what keeps the childlike innocence in us intact – coz we love what we do and what we do and who we do it for love us back.

Rishabh Lall- Co-Founder

I always wanted to build a career where I get to travel, meet new people and explore & learn new things. Sports was one thing I always wanted to be associated with, which led me to pursue journalism – specialising in sports. It was during that training that my paths crossed with photography and since then I have not looked back. Photography has not only allowed me to shoot sports but opened up a plethora of avenues. Taking a photograph of different people, areas etc allows me to take a sneak peek into practically every profession, moment, place and lives in the world. One day I can be shooting weddings and the next day I am following migrant labourers back to their villages.

Prerna and I started The StoryTellers with the main focus of curating wedding memories that are personalised and emotive. Every wedding that I have been a part of is unique and very special to me. It is a moment when families lay their vulnerabilities and soul out in the open knowing they are surrounded by loved ones. And that makes for some BEAUTIFUL moments.

PCL Media- Brand Managers

Stern believers of the fact that “your people are the builders of your business”, PCL aims at building bonds. We wanted to build something one cannot sell online. The business started impromptu with fear of failure (We know you’d say like everyone) leaving stable jobs, big brands & opportunities we were both working for but our love for marketing and social media management kept us strong enough to grow bigger and better with every brand associating with us.

Pranav (co-founder) has always been a unicorn marketer, an MBA holder by qualification and holding sales and marketing experience of more than 7 industry years, came up with the idea of making difference and I (Latika Sachdeva), a people pleasure excelling at making you believe you’re lovely, hopped on to aiming at driving exceptional growth and engagement marketing opportunities for one and all.

MICROART- Photo Editor

Photographers are incomplete without their editors. While the camera holders create the image, we editors add the zing to that image. And MICROART has been doing that for renowned photographers for more than a decade.

We offer services like live image processing, instant editing, data selection, image correction, image retouching, image enhancement, album designing & making for The StoryTellers.

Abhishek Arora- Cinematographer

I’m an adventurous soul specializing in conceptual photography and cinematography. You could describe my photographic style as a blend between theme based and cinematic..

I don’t just do this for the love of photography and Film..

I do it for the love of people..

Manas Dubey- Photographer

Born in Kota, Rajasthan, Manas is the youngest member of the team. Post his education he started an internship with The StoryTellers India, New Delhi. And after 2 years he is now the second lead photographer. “I thrive on challenges and constantly set goals for myself.

I’m not comfortable with settling, and I’m always looking for an opportunity to do better.”

Shweta Rane- Photographer

Being an emotional person myself, I have always been a sucker for moments of emotion. Weddings let me enjoy and document the joyride of couples and their families in love.

Shooting around 200+ In the past 8 years at weddings across the country I have gained experience not only about photography & work styles but cultures & diversities of human nature too.

Vipul Garg- Photographer

My journey with a camera started 5 years ago. I started as an intern in fashion and e-commerce for 6 months and soon advanced to being a professional photographer for a wedding company weddingz.in. Within 2 years I moved to opening my own company while also working as a freelancer for The StoryTellers India, Isha films, Tasveer and NB productions.

In a career spanning 500+ weddings I also had the chance of working with Ranveer Singh, Gauhar Khan, Aditya Narayan and Vishal Shekhar.

Srijan Goyal- Photographer

I hail from the hills of Kumaon region in uttarakhand.I quit my job to pursue my passion for photography and since then I have not looked back. For me an image is to sneak behind who we are, what we feel. It captures much more than beauty and people. It is the soul that resides in someone.

Priyanka Gautam- Photographer

I am not the best speech giver, and it’s often difficult for me to say exactly what I’m feeling. Good photography needs no words.

Photography for me, it’s an obsession. I breathe it, I live on it and it’s an amazing emotion to feel.

It all started a few years back when I started to believe that I wanted to pursue photography as my profession. All I wanted to do was capture people and their emotions. The beauty of photography is that you keep doing it. It evolves as you evolve. Six years of shooting daily, failing countless times and sleepless nights following my passion and since then I have come a long way. I am grateful to my art for being my constant, a reason to appreciate life more than just normal and for telling me – everyday I will learn something new, in photography and life as well.
